Payment & Billing

 

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For long-term mentoring programs, we also offer flexible payment plans (split into monthly installments).  

 

2. When is payment due?

Full payment is required upfront to secure your session or enroll in the mentoring program. You’ll receive an invoice with a secure payment link upon booking.  

 

3. Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final once services are rendered. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from proceeding, contact us within 24 hours of purchase to discuss options of rescheduling your session.

Scheduling Sessions

 

4. How do I schedule my session after payment?  

After completing payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your session via our online calendar. Sessions are available within 5–7 business days (based on your time zone).  

 

5. Can I reschedule my session?

Yes! Reschedule up to **48 hours** before your session at no cost. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee.  

 

6. How long are individual consultations?

Individual “Pick My Brain” sessions are 90 minutes (in person, virtual or phone call). Mentoring program sessions are 60 minutes each, scheduled biweekly or monthly.

7. What’s the difference between a one-time consultation and the 3-month mentoring program?

 

Individual Consultation: A deep-dive strategy session to tackle urgent challenges or brainstorm ideas. Ideal for focused, immediate guidance.  

3-Month Mentoring: A structured partnership for long-term growth. Includes personalized action plans, accountability check-ins, and resource libraries.  

 

8. What’s included in the mentoring program?

 

- 6x strategy sessions (60 mins each)  

- Customized branding roadmap  

- Access to exclusive check lists, templates and tools 

- Email support between sessions  

- Final review and legacy-building guide  

 

Materials & Support

 

9. Will I receive materials after my session?  

 

Yes! Within 48 hours of your session, you’ll get a tailored summary, actionable steps, and relevant resources (e.g., brand audits, competitor analysis frameworks). 

 

10. Can I request additional support outside sessions? 

Mentoring clients receive priority email support. For consultation clients, add-on support packages (e.g., 30-min follow-ups) are available for purchase.  

 

General Policies

 

11. Is my information confidential?

Absolutely. All client details, strategies, and conversations are strictly confidential. We never share your data or work publicly without written consent.  

 

12. What if I need to pause my mentoring program? 

Life happens! Contact us to pause your program for up to 30 days. Extended pauses may incur a reactivation fee.
